๐ 3 Tweet Monday ๐
First email in a month, but Iโm back on it. Itโs good to switch up the schedule. When it comes to geography, my mind works like a video game map. The map starts out dark. Once you visit different places in the game, those places light up, and the map reveals itself. Iโve lived in Phoenix for 4 yrs, and my map only covers a 2 mile radius of the downtown area. Yesterday I walked 2 miles in the opposite direction. I discovered a Veterans Memorial, and a local Fox news station. Now I know how Magellan felt. Iโm a creature of habit, so I looped back to a familiar area on my map. The library/park. On my way, a slightly disheveled man asked me where the bathroom was. I gave him my best guess. He sensed my lack of confidence, and asked if I was new to the area. I thought to myself: No dude. In what situation would I be using the bathroom at a kids park?
In other news, Iโm heading to New Orleans in a few hours. Should be a lot of fun. Iโve been taking advantage of my time off. I was going to hit Buenos Aires before considering going back to work. However, an interesting opportunity just popped up. I may join the working world sooner than anticipated. Interesting times ahead.
(Iโm going with 3 tweets this time, because my last email was yeeted to the promotional tab. I think Google flagged it because there were too many images.)
Letโs get to it:

Iโm always checking new areas to see how well they cash flow. Awhile ago I found this city called Gulfport in Mississippi. Houses are super cheap, and they seem to cash flow well. I didnโt know anything about Mississippi, so I did some Googling. Gulfport gets hit by a massive hurricane like once every 30 years. It is probably smart to buy in a city that wonโt be wiped out by a natural disaster.

This tweetโs thesis seems to make sense. Who is going to Vinita, OK (wherever that is) to go to Disney World? If you want to start an RV park there, you should probably get on it. A 320 acre RV park is currently being built next to Disney World. The RV park will be finished in 2025, and Disney World will be finished by 2026. 5 million new visitors per year is a lot of people. So probably room for more housing.

In the comments, the guy says these cost $100k on the low end. Thatโs crazy. I guess that is why you donโt see a lot of generic apartment buildings with playgrounds.
REFER A FRIEND AND IโLL VENMO YOU $2! REFER 5 AND YOU GET $15!
